Catchin' up...

I have not been to big on photos lately. We are kind of boring people, between the two of us working, it seems like we have the same routine all the time. Well we do. Chuck has Sundays and Mondays off, Sundays are his days to sleep in, catch up on things around the house and then he goes down to my parents to have dinner, play games and bring Jace home. Mondays are for him to ski with his dad, and then we have dinner at his parents or just have family night together. Mondays Jace has to do ALL of his homework for the week, sometimes mom is nice and we finish on Tuesday. Tuesdays are moms day to catch up on missed sleep and run errands. Wednesdays, oh my! Mom cleans, What day dont I clean! I think I am coming more like my mom and grandma the older I get, I am a huge bit OCD. At 2:00 I go help with art class and do the teachers copying for the week. There usually is not a week we dont help out with a party or a treat or this and that the teacher needs brought in to the class. I am glad to help!!! Right after school we head to the valley, run some errands, grab some dinner just my BOO and I, and then we have karate from 5:30-8:15, then home. Thursdays, are the boys night. This is moms Monday, so the boys do boy things and hang while mom works. Friday gets Boo ready for school dad takes him to school and mom dies until 12:15 when she gets Boo from school and takes him to Grandma. Jace has gone to Gma and Gpa Bergs house every weekend since the divorce and we lived with them. HE LOVES IT THERE, who wouldnt the only grandchild and all. Then mom catches some more zzz's and goes to work. Jace has scouts every Friday at 3:30, then karate team practice from 5:30-8:00. Saturday he has karate private lessons at 10:30. Mom works every Thursday- SUnday night. We dont have much family time together, but the time we do have together we make the best of. We are getting ready to go see Chuck's brother and his wife in Chicago for a few days. Yeah!!! We need a break from life, and are SO happy Spring is on the way. We actually played outside today. You can kind of see the grass in the backyard. There is hope!!! Jace has a ton of karate tournaments coming up, several bday parties planned for himself, the school Spelling Bee. Yeah for mom she said she would help out with it this year, and next year she is the chairman. Needless to say I did not know the detail involved. Jace is at such a fun age, When are they not?. We had the Science Fair last week, he made a battery out of lemons. He and Chuck made a Leprechan trap for school tomorrow, too cute!!! I cannot wait for Summer and my days will available to just spend with my boys. Jace and I can swim and hike and do whatever we want. I have been working really hard at getting my lazy pounds I have gained over the past few years off. I love going to the gym, I used to make fun of my mom for always talking about what she ate and not wanting fatty foods. HELLO KAREN JR.!!! It is fun to see the pounds come off and I SO need it.
